Day 24 of 52 Nia dance challenge

I thought I’d explore one of Nia’s online “Move It” routines that add interval training for a more intense workout.

The first 20 minutes or so felt great and then my energy began to ebb. Thirty minutes in and I lost my mojo.

I switched out of Move It to Bloom and had a great last half of my hour of dancing.

I love this aspect of Nia, permission to trust the body. I know I’ll come back to Move It another day.
